More Sex and the City relationship wisdom

It's Monday night - time for dinner with my roomie while watching an episode of Sex and the City before hitting the books. :) Good times. The episode focused on the ever-changing lives of the four friends - Carrie and Charlotte's singlehood after recent breakups, Miranda's life after having a baby, and Samantha's pain over her boyfriend cheating on her. This is the quote from the end of the episode (and for all you SATC lovers out there, it comes from the first episode of Season 5). :)

“Maybe the past is like an anchor holding us back. Maybe, you have to let go of who you were to become who you will be.”

I love you and miss you and love you some more!

Great quote. I miss our sex and the city girl's weekends. We need to have one soon! I'll check on flights!

LOVE YOU!

I just have to say that that is my favorite episode from the entire series! I love when Carrie gets caught in the rain and then scares that guy away by acting all goofy. Pretty much adorable.

I hope everything is good with you! I seriously need to plan a trip to Chicago so I can see you!

Love,
Sarah

Great line...and here's another line from another episode, but same theme:
random guy at pool: "are you sure you want to be alone?"
Carrie: "Yes, I'm sure."
Carrie's monologue: "As soon as I heard the words come out of my mouth, I knew that was exactly what i needed, and wanted."
